Second day in Korea (3)

Heading back to Jeju Hiking Inn, we decided to inquire the owner on where is best to have our lunch since we didn't know any of the restaurants nor understood the menu in the area.
I slipped away to use the free internet at the guesthouse and when I came back, Ah Liang had already gotten our meal information from the owner who recommended us to have something called 'Pork Bun'.
'Pork Bun?' I asked. 'There's a specialty in Jeju which is pork in a bun?'
We later arrived at this restaurant, which is around 5 minutes walk away, a bit skeptical if its the right place.
Judging by the only menu in the restaurant, the price looked reasonable with the most expensive dish being 7,000 won (approximately RM19.90).
Turns out, it was 'Pork Bun', but not what I initially thought it was.
It was so much more awesome and wonderful and...well...the nice words kept on pouring into my mind.
A whole table of glorious glorious food!!!!
The fish (which I think is okdom) was superb, the miso soup was flavourful and the steamed egg was excellent. The side dishes of course, were equally tasty.
All in all, a really, really great meal.
For 7,000 won per person, this meal was definitely worth every penny.
It was lucky we had a really big meal, because the next place we headed to, was an unexpected long walk.

To be continued......
